Requirements of admission

1. Consent Notarized undertaking (affidavit) from the patience or the family member
   
   
2. Medical requirements CBC, LFT, VDRL, ESR, HIV, Dental Care &Chest X-ray.
   
   
3. All payments must be paid at the time of admission.
   
4. Psychiatrist evaluation and Psychological Testing for MCMI
   
   
5. A letter from personal physician for admission.
   
   
6. Patients are also admitted through court legal systems.
